Bradman was selected in the third round of the 2012 MLL Draft by the Long Island Lizards, but decided to play on the LXM Pro Tour instead. At Salisbury, he was named United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division III 2012 Player of the Year, Capital Athlete Conference 2012 Player of the Year and the only Division III player to be nominated for the 2012 Tewaaraton Award. Bradman finished his senior season with 99 points (71 goals, 28 assists) becoming the first player in Division III history to be named the Championship Games Most Outstanding Player in back-to-back years, while his school won its tenth title; second in a row.

Copperheads Head Coach Tom Ryan: “Sam had a remarkable collegiate career at Salisbury and has significant box experience playing for the Akwesasne Indians Junior A team, not to mention the fact that he was recently nominated as ‘The Most Interesting Man in Lacrosse’ by Connor Wilson of Lacrosse All-Stars.”
